Bill has spent over thirty years as a higher education administrator for both 2-year and 4-year institutions. During this time he has worked in admission, enrollment management, and student services / development. Most recently Bill served as the Associate Vice Chancellor for Adult Education and Institutional Collaboration at the Ohio Board of Regents.
