Responsibilities
Arlene is primarily responsible for developing and implementing capital and major gift campaigns for a variety of non-profit organizations. She is also experienced in volunteer leadership development and training, development assessments, comprehensive development programs, special events, strategic planning as well as feasibility studies.
Experience
Arlene has over seventeen years of demonstrated mission-driven non-profit leadership on a development staff and consultant basis which has resulted in countless successful capital and fundraising efforts; effective volunteer/staff coaching and management; creative program and project development, community engagement and life-long relationships. She has established foundations and development offices and utilized her skills in listening and comprehending unique needs to craft tailored fundraising efforts.

Personal
Arlene was born and raised in Pittsburgh and has resided in Columbus for almost 20 years. She is known for being fun at heart, having a great sense of humor and a loyal commitment to friends, colleagues, family and organizations. A good friend refers to her as "Goldie Hawn!" Her children are two Bichon Frises, Moses and Noah.
